Ultra-light 4.5 oz baitcasting reel with a 0.18 oz shallow feather spool delivers ultra-low startup inertia for confident 1/32 oz finesse casting. Critical load-bearing components, including the frame and side covers, are reinforced with Sycron material to minimize flex and frame distortion under heavy load. The Kestrel SE Baitcasting Reel combines a feather-light design with rock-solid rigidity. The FAF (Flyout Arc Finesse) Braking system was designed specifically for finesse fishing. IM8 ultra-high modulus graphite blanks with Nano resin deliver ultra-light weight and exceptional sensitivity.
